Jim has been in Real Estate Advisory and Investments for more than 22 years. He developed his proprietary database of properties and owners many years ago which has now become the backbone of his infrastructure and allowed him to source off-market multifamily transactions of $1 Billion and over 14,208 units.
Jim started the Lincoln Group of Companies (LGOC) in 1993 with the formation of Lincoln Brokerage Company, Inc. to work with Lenders in the previous real estate cycle decline of the 1990s. In 1998, he established Lincoln Consulting Group, LLC in order to advise buyers and to create partnerships with other investors to acquire multifamily assets nationwide. Prior to establishing LGOC, Jim was annually the top producer at Scher-Voit Commercial Brokerage Company and consistently a Top-5 Producer companywide and the youngest Rookie of the Year in the history of Daum Johnstown American in Newport Beach, CA. Jim is licensed as a Real Estate Broker in California.
Jim received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and has served on the Boards of 1st Step House of Orange County, New Directions for Women, and his local church. Jim founded in 2011 - and continues to serve as the volunteer Chairman of the Annual Project Access Charity Golf Tournament. This event held each year in June, generates funds that allow Project Access, Inc., a 501C3 nonprofit, to provide a variety of support services to Low Income Families. www.project-access.org
