James R. Reed, Principal & Director, Lincoln Consulting Group, LLC

Jim has been in Real Estate Advisory and Investments for more than 22 years. He developed his proprietary database of properties and owners many years ago which has now become the backbone of his infrastructure and allowed him to source off-market multifamily transactions of $1 Billion and over 14,208 units.

Jim started the Lincoln Group of Companies (LGOC) in 1993 with the formation of Lincoln Brokerage Company, Inc. to work with Lenders in the previous real estate cycle decline of the 1990s. In 1998, he established Lincoln Consulting Group, LLC in order to advise buyers and to create partnerships with other investors to acquire multifamily assets nationwide. Prior to establishing LGOC, Jim was annually the top producer at Scher-Voit Commercial Brokerage Company and consistently a Top-5 Producer companywide and the youngest Rookie of the Year in the history of Daum Johnstown American in Newport Beach, CA. Jim is licensed as a Real Estate Broker in California.

Jim received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and has served on the Boards of 1st Step House of Orange County, New Directions for Women, and his local church. Jim founded in 2011 - and continues to serve as the volunteer Chairman of the Annual Project Access Charity Golf Tournament. This event held each year in June, generates funds that allow Project Access, Inc., a 501C3 nonprofit, to provide a variety of support services to Low Income Families. www.project-access.org




Ernest M. Reyes,
Vice President National Markets

Key Roles: Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and coordinating client relationships, including Lincoln’s

investment group candidates and coordinator of property acquisitions and dispositions.

  • Licensed California Real Estate Agent
  • Over 15 years experience as Real Estate Advisor, specializing in multifamily properties
  • Consistent member of the President’s Club of High Performance at Lincoln
  • Received his Bachelors with an emphasis in Management from California State University, Fullerton



Michael L. Kromer,
Vice President Operations

Key Roles: Responsible for overseeing all of Lincoln’s daily operations, including database research,

development, and design, information resources, marketing oversight, and personnel over 5
years experience with Lincoln in aforementioned Key Roles.

  • Received Bachelors degrees from Cleveland State University, Ohio in Criminology, Psychology, and
    Sociology
  • Completed Graduate coursework at University of California, Irvine in Criminology, Law & Society



Matthew R. Mercer,
Marketing & Multimedia Manager

Key Roles: Responsible for marketing oversight, client and media integration, acquisitions, dispositions

and marketing of multifamily properties for Lincoln’s clients and investment groups.

  • Received a Bachelors degree from California State University, Fullerton in Business with an emphasis
    in legal studies
  • Received an Associates degree from Cincinnati State College, Ohio in Computer Network Engineering
    Technology



Luis Flores-Damian,
Area Acquisitions Manager

Key Roles: Responsible for owner and property integration, database/internet research, and transaction

oversight.

  • Member of the Real Estate Research & Multimedia Marketing teams
  • Received a Bachelor degree from California State University, Fullerton in Communications, with
    specialization in film studies.
